Refund Policy
Setup Fee
Because the setup involves immediate manual labor and purchasing a domain name on your behalf, the $200 Setup Fee is non-refundable once we have sent you the "Your Site is Live" confirmation or purchased your domain.
Annual Fee
You may request a full refund of the Annual Fee within 7 days of the renewal charge date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current year. No pro-rated refunds for partial years. Refunds for undelivered services will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time by emailing us at admin@solopage.ca. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date.
If you cancel:
- Your website will remain online until the end of your current paid period.
- After that, the site will be taken offline.
- Upon cancellation, we will provide a copy of your site content upon request (e.g., via export).
- After the paid period, all data may be deleted.
- Cancellations can also be submitted via email to admin@solopage.ca.
Taking Your Domain
If you wish to leave SoloPage, we will unlock your domain and provide the transfer code so you can move it to another provider. We do not charge a "hostage fee" for releasing domains.
